We’re MARRIED!!

We’re spending a few nights in New Orleans just enjoying life and relaxing. So, while I guess I am officially blogging on my honeymoon, I thought I’d share a few details and pictures while Jarrod reads Harry Potter before it’s time to get ready for dinner…

Here is a recap of last weekend in pictures.

I arrived in Dallas on Wednesday evening and picked my sister up at the airport. On Thursday we picked up Aunt Pam and Jarrod at the airport and went to dinner. Thursday night was my bachelorette party, which was incredible.

After dinner we crashed the bachelor party for some hugs.

On Friday morning the girls and I got up and met Aunt Pam and Jarrod’s mom at the nail salon for manis, pedis, and lunch. Delightful!

We also had a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. I didn’t get any pictures of that at all, although I’m sure someone did. My dress was pretty and Jarrod’s tie matched. Then we ate great food and saw fireworks. We have great friends also. I also climbed in a window to break into Jarrod’s brother’s house about 15 hours before we got married. That was fun.

Spending time with Jarrod on Friday night really calmed me down. I slept better on Friday night than I had in months and woke up on Saturday refreshed and relaxed. My girls came and started getting me all ready. Jessica did my face and Julie did my hair. Courtney and Renee helped where needed. Pretty soon, it was time to head to the church!
